Engage the senses on the WCC campus & feel better in 20 minutes!

1. Breathe through the nose if possible
 

2. Walk slowly
 

3. Listen for nature sounds like birds and the sound of wind through the tall grass
 

4. Feel the texture of tree bark
 

5. Notice different shades of green 
 

6. Smell the subtle scent of trees, flowers, mud & rain
